These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FTD Ventures LLC’s services. By submitting your information through any intake form or process you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
FTD Ventures LLC is a business funding preparation company. Our services include business profile evaluation, soft pull credit pre-qualification, documentation collection, and lender-ready profile packaging. FTD Ventures LLC does not provide loans, credit repair, credit counseling, or credit restoration services.
3. Soft Pull Authorization & Use
By submitting your information and proceeding through the pre-qualification process you expressly authorize the use of a soft inquiry credit report to evaluate your funding eligibility. This inquiry is facilitated through a third party credit solutions provider and will not impact your credit score.
4. Data Privacy
Your personal and business information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services. FTD Ventures LLC does not sell, share, or redistribute your information to any third party except as necessary to facilitate your pre-qualification and funding preparation process. All data is stored securely in digital format.
5. No Guarantee
FTD Ventures LLC makes no guarantee or representation that you will receive funding approval. Approval decisions rest solely with lending institutions and are outside of FTD Ventures LLC’s control.
6. Fees
FTD Ventures LLC charges a flat rate fee for funding preparation services. The fee is determined based on the scope of work required and is disclosed in writing prior to services beginning. No fees are collected without prior agreement. Once the preparation package is delivered the client assumes full responsibility for their funding process going forward.
7. Limitation of Liability
FTD Ventures LLC’s liability is limited to the services described herein. FTD Ventures LLC is not responsible for decisions made by lending institutions or funding specialists, or for any financial outcomes resulting from the funding process.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of Riverside County, California.
9. Updates
FTD Ventures LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
